Opinel Olive Effilé Knife

The Effilé 08 and 10 have been elegantly reinvented and made more attractive. The tip of the blade is rounder, the handle more streamlined and the ring stamped with the new logo. The Effilé 10 knife, in particular, serves as a versatile table knife, perfect for a delicate and precise cut.
The blades of the Effilé 12 and 15 are exceptionally thin, highly flexible and razor-sharp, making them ideal for effortlessly preparing finely sliced fish. When not in use, the blade folds into the handle for both protection and convenient storage.
